If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must unopened and returned in original packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of damage.
• we do not offer returns on aquatic plants.

Additional Information:

• Refunds or store credit are processed within 24-48 hours of when we receive the items back.
• Cost of shipping is NON refundable .
• Cost of return shipping is to be paid by the customer.

 IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED

• Please contact us immediately.
• Document the damaged items by taking pictures.
• A new item will be sent out at NO EXTRA COST to you.

• Document the DOA Aquatic plants by taking pictures.

• DOA policy not applicable on opened tissue cultured plants.
